Tsholofelo Motlhaga is the founder and director of Boswa Environmental Consulting (Pty) Ltd and a registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (EAPASA), Registration Number 2020/2162.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life and Environmental Sciences, specialising in Geography and Environmental Management, from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Environmental Monitoring and Modelling from the University of South Africa.

Ms Motlhaga has experience in environmental authorisation processes, environmental compliance monitoring, ecological assessments, public participation processes, and environmental regulatory applications across projects in the mining, infrastructure, agricultural, and industrial sectors.

Earlier in her career, she worked within the Section 24G Directorate at the Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, where she gained experience in environmental compliance enforcement and environmental authorisation processes. She has also served as an Environmental Control Officer on infrastructure projects, including bulk water supply developments, where she monitored compliance with environmental authorisations and Environmental Management Programmes.

Through Boswa Environmental Consulting, she provides professional environmental advisory services with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, sustainable development, and practical environmental solutions.
